Project involves remodeling of the historic Sky Theater and adjacent supporting spaces. The scope of work includes demolition, concrete floor infill, misc metals, masonry/stone restoration, rough carpentry, acoustical treatments, raised access flooring, finishes, dome installation, mechanical, electrical, UPS, and theatrical lighting (theatrical lighting installation only; Adler will purchase all theatrical lighting fixtures direct).
