Project consists of phased interior renovations to an existing 300,000 sq. ft., multi-story steel frame building. Work includes but is not limited to demolition and abatement, concrete ramps, structural steel modifications for new MEP equipment, millwork, fireproofing, gypsum and masonry walls and partitions, flooring, ceilings, sprinklers, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and security modifications. Please note - This project contains TWO sets of design documents, both of which need to be incorporated in your scope of work. The bid form requires the following two (2) base bid cost breakdown prices: Scope of work shown in Tilton, Kelly + Bell drawings and specifications and scope of work shown in Teng & Associates drawings and specifications. Here is the base bid breakdown: Base Bid Breakdown PE-1b (addendum 2). The bid form also requires Unit Costs, as applicable. Here is the unit cost breakdown: Unit Costs form PE-1c (addendum 3). Provide maximum MBE/WBE participation in your bid.All work must be completed within 240 calendar days.
