This is design build proposal for work at the existing building 181 at Fort Sheridan Army Reserve Center in Highwood, IL. Scope of work, as set forth in volume 1A of the documents includes remodeling of the existing 25,000 S.F facility and new addition to the building, including parking lot and extensive landscape. Trades include demolition, excavation, landscaping, paving, concrete foundation, precast architectural wall panels, masonry restoration, re roofing, new roof, interior finishes includes drywall, acoustics, ceramic tile, carpet, doors, frames and paint. New plumbing fixtures, fire protection, replace existing HVAC equipment and new electrical service.Any updates or RFI answers will be posted on this website.
