Renovation includes - Replacement of selected interior and exterior doors, replacing water coolers, replacing metal stair handrails, replacing exterior concrete sidewalk, installing new stair well floor finishes, renovating men’s toilet room and women’s shower room and shop work room. Installing of emergency lights, exit signs, interior and exterior light fixtures, upgrading fire alarm system. Patch and repaint the interior wall and floor after the new equipment or facilities are replaced.
The scope of work includes Demo of the ceiling tiles above the existing acoustical ceiling, the wooden mezzanine. Abatement of all existing floor tiles, mastic, wall board finishing, hard ceiling board finishing and ceiling tiles. Complete asbestos abatement and control and disposal of lead based paint.Any updates or RFI answers will be posted on this website.
