The project consists of a one story 1100 sq.ft. addition and renovation to the existing 11th Ward Yard Fleet Building. The addition consists of adding a new entrance, office and lunch area to the existing building which consists of a metal paneled exterior along with several storefront windows with sunshades and a green roof. Work will consist of excavating the existing site to prepare for new slab on grade addition and erecting the structural steel frame. The interior of the new addition will be fitted with all VAC, electrical and plumbing as indicated on the drawings along with drywall partitions and tile floors and other various interior finishes.The renovation of the existing building area will consist of adding two small bathrooms as well as utility and closet space. The bathroom area consists of tiled walls and the hallway is drywalled. Flooring in the hall is tile and bathrooms are resinous epoxy. HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems will also be installed.
