Michael Frain
Mike has been with PCS for 5 years. Previously he was a carpenter foreman with Dominick’s Stores. Mike’s projects included the 4th Ward Yard Building, McCormick Center Expansion, Green Alley Projects (Prototypes), Illinois Masonic Buildouts and Jefferson Street Expansion and Streetscape. He currently oversees construction at City Hall and various CDOT projects.
Mike is married to his wife of 15 years and likes golfing, fishing, bowling, NASCAR and working on his Harley Davidson.
