As president, Ike is responsible for executive management of all general contracting services. He possesses 17 years of general contracting and management experience in a wide variety of construction disciplines. He has been a leader on many high-profile projects, including construction of the Walt Disney World Yacht/Beach Club Hotels at Epcot Center and a $300-million construction project for the Sears Merchandise Group World Headquarters.

Born in Seoul, Korea, Ike immigrated to the United States in 1974 at the age of 12. He received his B.S. in civil engineering from Purdue University. He currently serves on boards or committees for United Cerebral Palsy of Chicago, Asian Human Services, and the Adler Planetarium and Astronomy Museum.

Karl brings over 12 years of construction experience as a Project Executive responsible for managing the Pacific Job Order Contract division in addition to various general contracting projects.  Currently, he is managing a four-year, $20 million contract with the City of Chicago Department of General Services, a three-year, $24-million contract with the Chicago Public Schools , and the $2 million, new construction of the 4 th Ward Yard Building for the Public Building Commission.

Karl received his B.S. in construction administration from the University of Wisconsin Madison.

Charles brings over 30 years of construction and leadership experience in the civilian and military communities as the Senior Project Executive, responsible for all Joint Venture and Government Sector projects. Proficient in program and construction management, feasibility studies and technical/conceptual design review, Charles is currently overseeing the $3.5 million Farragut Bridge replacement project as well as the $14 million design-build Atlantic Fleet Drill Hall project at Naval Station Great Lakes along with $12 million in VA project work at the Hines and Jesse Brown hospitals in the Chicago area.

Charles earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and a Masters of Engineering Management from Northwestern University . He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois and holds General Contractor licenses in the states of Florida , Arizona and Utah . Charles is a former military officer commissioned in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (ret.).
